Installation Guide:
Q: In what order do i install the expansion packs?
A: You should install the expansion packs in the order there posted on this page. This is so you will be sure you get all the features of each expansion pack and your game remains up to date.

Q: I’ve installed all the expansion packs now which game do i launch?
A: You should turn on the latest expansion pack installed. Currently it’s FreeTime so after applying the crack you would run that game.

Q: I haven’t installed all the expansion packs and only a select few so which game should i launch?
A: Again you should launch the latest version installed. For example if you installed University, Pets and Seasons the you should launch the game Seasons as thats the latest expansion pack you have installed.

Q: When i complete the expansion pack install I’m prompted to insert the CD and press OK. I do that but it does not work.
A: When prompted you should mount the Sims 2 DVD you downloaded and not the expansion packs CD.

Q: I’ve downloaded all the parts now how to i install the game(s)?
A: First you should download Daemon Tools Pro and install it. After that you should extract the files from the .rar files starting at part1. To do this you must have WinRar installed. Once extracted you mount the image file using daemon tools pro and the installation will begin.

Q: I’ve only downloaded The Sims 2 and after mounting the mini-image or applying the crack it’s still telling me to insert the original DVD?
A: You have two solutions:-

1) You could install an Expansion Pack and use that to run the game.
2) You could download the .exe crack for the game and use that to run the game. There’s no guarantee this will work and Build Mode could stop working but if you don’t want to install a Expansion Pack then this is your best option.
