In there are 4 things. 3 being programs.

They are:
1- Process Explorer
2- Killbox
3- Hijack This
4- Fixvundo Registry Key


1- Process Explorer is a handy program that goes through things like explorer.exe and u can kill what is unwanted in the Threads tab. This program can do other things that you can search around in.
Main malware/trojan places are in winlogon.exe and explorer.exe

2- Killbox is a program where you type in the programs or file that you want to kill's filepath and hit the kill button, this you use usually when most of the problem is gone to get rid of any traces. Put in whole directories files or programs to destroy anything there. (I used it after ever few actions during my last attack on my pc.) And if you use it first it may delete crutial parts rendering the enemy software crippled.

3- Hijack This creates a list of tuns of filepaths of Browser Hijackers and things such as BHO's. You find the bad stuffs on your pc in here and "Fix CHecked Items" and it will usually get rid of them.

4- Fixvundo Registry Key puts a registry key in your PC that permanently stops any Trojan-Vundo, Virtumundo, or anything with vundo or mundo in it from executing so you can delete it easily.
