you may need to download winRaR also (keygen and patch included):

1) Download the 3 files
2) Extract the X13-49120.exe (also can use Winrar) to a folder.
3) There will be a Vista folder. Copy the 'boot.wim' and 'install.win' into the 'sources' folder

4) Start UltraIso and load boot file (bif format)

Rename disc to ' LRMCFRE_EN_DVD'
Drag and drop these files (Without the 'Vista' folder) to UltraIso and the directory should look like this:-
boot
efi
sources
support
upgrade
autorun
bootmgr
setup

5) Then save the image with file- save as .iso
6) Burn image to DVD

Tested working 100%

here is a working Windows Vista activation tool:
This will activate any version Of windows Vista. It will pass windows verification and install an OEM Cd key.

scroll down to the bottom, enter the security code.. then wait for the download to come up.
