EDIT :

I'll recommend a clean install which doesn't requires any CD-KEY or anything else. Just make sure you've selected your CD-ROM drive as a primary boot device into BIOS setup and you'll see a message "Press any key to boot from CD..." before your current OS loads. By pressing any key you're entering the setup. That's all.

Thanks mate, might need this as my current version of XP SP2 has nearley ran out and i cant find a decent crack that dosent have any spyware on it :S
