Windows Mail Backup is a powerful backup tool which can backup your email and news messages, accounts, rules, contacts, junk mail settings, calendar, stationery, signatures and all Personal Settings into an archive from Windows Mail and restores the Windows Mail data from backup archive. This Windows mail backup tool is very easy to use, a wizard will guides you and just few clicks will backup your emails, contacts and all Windows Mail Settings. You can select compress option to make output archive more smaller or use password protect option to protect your backup archive. Scheduler has been built-in. You also can transfer your output archive to your FTP server or burn it to CD/DVD writable device.

• Double click the backup file to restore: You don't need to choose the backup archive in Windows Mail Restore Wizard again, just simply double-click on the archive in Windows Explorer, Windows Mail Backup will fill the full path and filename for you
• Backup Windows Mail database, attachments, settings, accounts, identities settings, contacts, email rules: Windows Mail Backup will backup all data from Windows Mail, these settings can be restored after you running the restore wizard
• Archive filename with time-stamp: Use the filename generator, you can generate your filename with time stamp, using this function, you don't need to choose the archive folder and enter the filename on each backup
• FTP uploader: You can upload your archive file onto a FTP server automatically
• CD/DVD burner: You can burn the archive file to a writable CD/DVD device
• Archive size larger than 4GB: Windows Mail Backup supports more than 4GB file storage
• Scheduler: You can schedule your backup process and don't need to start the backup process by your self
